Yoga 

I completed my 200HR YTT in September 2024, and am now a qualified Forrest inspired Yoga Instructor. This practice has been revolutionary to me and influences my artistic practice as a whole.

I regularly teach at Heart Space in Dundee, both Barre and Open (forrest) classes.
